Sorry it's been so long, folks. Not much has happened in the past few weeks because I've been sick and sleeping. But things are back on track. Here's a few things that happened these past few weeks.

The kids had a traditional dance performance at their school the other night.

Rodrigo, my "dad" helping his nephew, who is in the same class as Tatiana.

Kindergarten. so cute.

my friend Jean Baptiste, from France, got his first tattoo.

Other pics from the ExpoSIDA

Our volunteer work day, building the frog pond at the Natural History museum.

I painted the green/brown frog in the fern, :)

taking a break from the sun in the tree.

Canadian Thanksgiving at my friend Kait's house.

I made pumpkin soup. Check out the size of those corn kernels! huge!

Zombie party, benefit for Performing Life, a partner organization

I went out with my boys afterwards...ONLY one with a costume. you can imagine the stares. Bolivians don't really understand Halloween, nevermind dressing up at the beginning of the month, when it's not even Halloween yet!

I found bagels and hummus!!! MMMM missed it so much. too bad I couldn't really enjoy it because of my stomach. The bagels are still in the freezer..

I started working at the University of San Simon's Archaeology museum in the afternoons, since I currently have those free. This is my current project: restoring/repainting a Velociraptor model that's been in storage for 2 years. So. Cool.

Tonight is Sustainable Bolivia's Halloween party. I think I'm going to be a Pirate with a Sugar Skull face. They DO celebrate Day of the Dead here, which will be next Friday, Nov 2nd. Oh, here is a picture of "THE PACT"--if Romney wins, we're staying here. Sorry. And yes, Absentee Ballot is filled out and sent in. :)

I'll be going on a trip in about 2 weeks, assuming I don't get sick a 3rd time before that...so definitly pictures then. I'll try to write more soon, though as I mentioned before, I really don't have too much to say as I've been resting pretty much for the past two weeks.
Thanks for sticking with me, ya'll.
